How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a full size guide with measurements in centimetres, plus the height and size worn by our model. Our pieces are cut on the smaller side, so we recommend ordering one size up from your usual UK size — if you normally wear a UK 10, choose L. If you're between sizes or unsure, measure a garment you already own and compare it to the chart, or email us at [support@amellya.com] and we'll advise.
What if it doesn't fit? Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 30 days to send it back — this is your right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with their tags attached.
We'll refund you within [30] days to your original payment method. Just email [support@amellya.com] to start a return and we'll send you the details.
What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through an encrypted connection and we never store your card details on our servers. Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling, so there's no currency conversion to worry about.
. My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link — most delays are a carrier scan that hasn't updated rather than a lost parcel. It's also worth checking with neighbours and looking for a card from the courier. If your tracking hasn't moved for [5] working days, or your parcel is more than [10] working days past its estimated delivery date, email us with your order number and we'll chase it up. If it's genuinely lost, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
